Marathon Runners Resource Page

Loads of you choose to run Marathons in aid of Sobell House every year and you're all absolutely brilliant for doing it.

There is always a load of information out there for anyone running a marathon whether you're a first timer just hoping to get round or an experienced athlete with a GFA (Good For Age) and trying to qualify for the next Olympics so as we're ever so helpful we thought we'd offer you this page of downloadable hints tips and general bumph on completing 26.2 miles in aid of Sobell House!

Of course this is just a starting point so if there is anything that you're worried about or isn't covered (fundraising or training) feel free to give us a call in the office on 01865 857007 or email mail@sobellhospice.org

So here are a few subjects that we thought might be useful to get you started on the road to marathon glory!

So you’ve gone and done it…you’ve signed up to run a marathon!
And if this is your first one then you’re probably quite understandably a little nervous about what lies ahead.
