Cotswold Wildlife Park support Sobell

We are pleased to announce that Cotswold Wildlife Park will be offering free gate entry to visit the gift shop between the hours of 1pm & 5.00pm on the following dates:
Monday 14th December, Tuesday 15th December, Monday 21st December, Tuesday 22nd December.

Instead of any entry fee, they will be collecting donations for Sobell House Hospice Charity.

In addition to any donations; £1 in every £10 spent in the gift shop will be passed directly to Sobell House Hospice Charity. We have a large range of fun toys & gift ideas for Christmas.
Last entry to the Park will be at 3.30pm. The gift shop will be open until 5.00pm. Guests are asked to vacate the Park at this time.

Santa’s Grotto, Tinsel Train and the Park’s first ever Reindeer! There will be Christmas presents from Santa, a visit to his special Grotto and the chance to write your Christmas list and post it to Father Christmas at the North Pole! Santa will be here every weekend in December and daily from 19th - 24th of December 2009 inclusive, from 11.00am to 3.00pm. Take a festive ride around the Park on the Tinsel Train everyday from Friday 11th to Thursday 24th December
*New for 2009* Keep your eyes peeled for Santa’s reindeer, Milk and Cookies, who will be making special appearances throughout December around the Park.
A Wild Christmas with the animals. The animals don’t miss out on Christmas either! Catch the festive feeds and Christmas treats throughout December.
Feeding Schedule (Sat 12th – Sun 13th Dec then daily from Sat 19th – Thurs 24th Dec).
12pm Our family of Meerkats un-decorated their Christmas tree strewn with treats. Location: inside the Walled Garden.
12.15pm Watch the Squirrel Monkeys un-decorate their tree. Location: inside the Walled Garden.
12.30 – Our new Wolverine (Sharapova, pictured right) will receive her Christmas present filled with tasty treats.
Penguin feeding takes place every day (except Fridays) at 11.00 and 16.00 in the Walled Garden. Lemur feeding talk daily at 12.00 in our spectacular Madagascar exhibit
Christmas Competition. How do you fancy being Santa’s Little Helper? You’ll meet and help feed our new reindeer, Milk and Cookies, help decorate the Meerkat Christmas Tree (and see them devour their treats!) You will also meet Santa himself and visit the Grotto before taking a ride on the Tinsel Train around the Park.
