On the 17th April 2010, we will be running a 5-hour spin session to raise money for the
Sobell House Hospice Charity
caring and supporting those people affected by terminal illness across the whole of Oxfordshire

Do you think you’re fit enough?
Would you like to cycle the longest, hardest spin session ever held at David Lloyd, Oxford?
We will be holding a 5 hours non-stop session from:

11:00 – 16:00

NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED!

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- The session will be a 5 hours non-stop spinathon. Participants can book a minimum of 1 hour slot (bike) or the entire 5 hours.
- Team relays are permitted (so if a group of friends/colleagues would like to do it together they book 1 bike for the duration of the 5 hours spinathon as long as they pay per hour, per bike.
- The cost will be of £10 per hour.
- If the same person uses the bike for more than 1 hour, the second, third fourth and fifth hours would only cost £5 (e.g. a person doing the entire spinathon by himself/herself would pay £30. If a group team relay did it on the same bike it would cost £50).
- Although David Lloyd, Oxford and the instructors will take reasonable care for the safe running of the event, it will be each participant’s responsibility to take due consideration for their own safety.
- Additional options of using M5 equiment (extra sluper duper spin bikes) for just £10 more.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Pick up a copy of this leaflet from reception together with a sponsorship form
2. Register your participation at reception. You will be required to put down a deposit (50% of your or your team fees; for how to calculate your fees, please refer to rules and regulations above).
3. Get as many sponsors as you can on your form (you can photocopy the form if necessary)
4. On the day of the event, each participant will be required to hand in this form duly signed and dated and settle the remaining fees PRIOR to entering the class.
5. The instructors will also ask you for a photocopy(ies) of your sponsorship form(s) in order to decide the winner of the prize.
6. Come along and join the fun!
