Triathlete Adam Moore has cast aside his pedals and wetsuit (albeit briefly) to join the Sobell Team at the Rome Marathon
Adam said: Taking part in many sporting events mainly in triathlons and running I decided this year to give a little something back in the way of running for a charity. Visiting Rome a few years ago I fell in love with the culture, history and of course the food! I thought what a great way to combine the two. Taking part in the Rome marathon and raising money for charity.
When I heard Sobell House Hospice were connected to this I thought this would be a fantastic opportunity to combine the two.
Based in Headington it made perfect sense to raise money for a local charity that I could really feel like I was making a difference to. With the great work Sobell House provide I hope I can raise lots of money to continue their outstanding efforts in the local area!...and of course try and run a PB.
In addition to running himself Adam has offered the services of his coaching team to Sobell runners.
So for all your coaching and training needs contact Adam Moore at info@4Dfitness.com and mention that you are running. jumping, climbing, swimming, dieting falling and so on for Sobell House.
