Thursday has seen the launch of the Giving for Living Radio Appeal with our friends from Jack FM and 1079

Starting at 7am this morning the guys from Jack FM and 1079fm have been on air rallying support and fundraising from the Sobell House Day Centre.

We have been recieving calls and text donations as well as online payments from across the county since we went live this morning and expect to keep going until we keel over from exhaustion or for the next 2 and half days finishing with a final collecting push at Oxford United's match against Grays on Saturday.

U's manager Chris Wilder and his first team have already been into the hospice this afternoon to show their support.
Chris is also raffling his 'Manager of the Month' prize to the highest bidder.
